Our Founder
Stephen Chu,
Broker of Record
With more than three decades of international real estate leadership experience, Stephen Chu has led multiple publicly listed REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) across Asia. His senior executive roles include Chief Executive Officer of Hui Xian REIT (HKEX: 87001), Prosperity REIT (HKEX: 808), and Fortune REIT (SGX: F25U.SI).
Stephen brings deep expertise across sales, leasing, facilities management, and marketing, spanning all major real estate sectors, including commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, and industrial properties. Besides his seasoned REITs experience, his background includes five years as General Manager of Harbour Plaza Resort City, a 1,102-room & suite flagship hotel, extensive leasing responsibility for developer Sino Land Company Limited’s (HKEX:83) portfolio totaling approximately 14 million square feet, and significant project management experience with Hilti Asia Limited.
He first obtained his Ontario Real Estate license in 1989 and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and a Master of Business Administration. Stephen's work and insights have been featured in numerous publications across Canada and Asia, including The Toronto Star, The Standard, South China Morning Post, etc.
