With over 25 years of international real estate leadership, Stephen Chu has steered multiple listed REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) across Asia, including Hui Xian REIT (HKEX: 87001), Prosperity REIT (HKEX: 808), and Fortune REIT (SGX: F25U.SI). His expertise spans sales, leasing, asset and facility management, and marketing across all major real estate sectors—hospitality, retail, residential, industrial, and commercial.
